Day 2 Beijing (B/L/D)
Arrive in Beijing at 00:20 (by Malaysia Airline) or 01:15 (by Air Asia).
After a warm welcome, our guide will accompany you to hotel for check-in
assistance. Our trip will start with Tian An Men Square -- the largest
city square in the world, bordered by the Great Hall of the People and Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum.
Located North is Forbidden City, the complex of imperial palace and home
to the Emperors for over 500 years. Grand halls and courts gradually give way
to more intimate domestic quarters, presenting an insight into the pampered
isolation of the emperors. Coming up is a professional Foot Massage offered free at Herbal Medicine Center.
Today’s prayers will be held at Niu
Jie Mosque – the most famous Mosque in Beijing. Not far from it is Muslim Supermarket – the only
supermarket for local Muslims. We
will then take a look at Bamboo
Carbon Store. And
there is the wonderful Acrobatic Show in
the evening.
Day 3 Beijing (B/L/D)
On the way to The Great Wall, we will first spend some time at Jade Museum to have a better
understanding on Chinese culture. Great Wall of China was first built in
the Warring States period (475-221BC) as a series of earthworks erected by
individual kingdoms as a defense system against each other and north invasions.
The wall we see now was left from the Ming dynasty. Today’s Lunch will be served at a local Muslim
restaurant nearby, followed by a
shopping program at the Crystal Shop. Stop by at Burning
Cream Centre on the way back
to downtown. The evening time will be devoted to China’s No.1 shopping street –
Wang Fu Jing and its Night Food Market. Go back to hotel for
rest.
Day 4 Beijing – KL (B/L/D)
Check-out in the morning. Another place can’t be missed is 2008 Olympic
Stadiums – the prestigious Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. There we will have an outside Tour. Our
next destination is Fresh Water Pearl
Center, where many sparkling pearl collections are presented. After some shopping time at Silk Store, there will be a tasty
Halal lunch ready for us. And Nan Dou Ya
Mosque is the place for today’s afternoon prayers, who has a very unique
architectural style. The rest of the day will be spent for bazaar shopping – Ya Xiu Market & Xiu Shui Market seem to be the perfect
choices. We will head to Beijing
International Airport for the departure flight in the evening.
